how to get locals in cemu

Hello everyone in cemu!
I got cemu beta 2 running just great!
all ppv,porn, hbo, etc.
My problem is i can't figure how to get my locals ?
I have the teir list,and blackout string inf. for my locals ,but don't know to apply them to my ecmu dish.bin.
I have been up all night readin and reading .
just can't figure out how .
I tried using ne4.1 to opin image (dish.bin)from my emu setup selected rom10, opened eeprom scrolled down to
d41 to edit numbers,but no room to edit all nubers ?
If anyone could pm me a working dish.bin with miami locals I would be very thankfull. Then i could compare it to mine to see the diffrence.
Then maybe i can learn something.And of coarse get the miami locals too.

I got it! i got it!
After a few more hours thinking about it i did this
in nagra edit 4.1 opened my cemu dish.bin ,apply patch ,(3mteir patch-0001-8b that i use on my rom 10 card.) save image, renamed dish.bin and sent to cemu folder,asked to replace file, clicked yes and fired up cemu again.
YES!!! now i got my Miami locals.
