The ACT chips are 5.0V
The AC chips are 3.3V
Basically work the same just different voltage.
They work on bev no problem...will have to get the new lock with DQ7 installed to use on Dish...Dual voltage locks.....dual chips.
Have fun......
Thanks Darnat
But do they work Ok with DN?
What does that mean DQ7?
Where to buy new lock with DQ7
Thanks

So far the only receivers that need the new lock that has the DQ7 hook up are:
DP301 both 010 and 013
3900
4900
3800 upgraded to a 3900
Those are the ones I know of.
I suspect some of the 700 types and 500 types
will need them as well.
Bewteen 3000 and 3700 all still work well on the old style single or double ic locks. Including locking the EEPROM as well.
