My says its a subscription channel you have to call in to activate it.

Don't think I'll be doing that ;)

Is there anyway to get it to work?

OK I changed my tiers to
08FC - 08A2

Do I have to change these rows that follow it at all?

OK just changing to 08FC - 08A2 didn't fix RAI.

I'm guessing I have to do something to those two rows.

Replace your Tier 6 line in the patch with the above. Been watching skiing lately? Also they'll probably have olympic coverage in a month...

wow, I just noticed that this tier change also gave me an extra plyboy channel.

598 was red and unavailable until I changed these tiers.

Actually I have no red channels, another porn channel is always good!
