please help with rom 10 problem

Just got my iso form milli and I am ready to start learning about iso programming.I have a rom 10 rev a81. when I try to read the card I get
backdoor reported disable- card may contain update.
what does this mean and what ca I do with it....
I also have another rom10 with an invalid atr....can I save this card?

You will need a modded HU Loader to open your A81 card...As for the one with no atr there are a few programs you can try on it but chances are slim to fix that one....:eek:

I have an hu loader but I am not sure which one I have. It is a blue board with no leds and 6 dip switches but no pots.. any ideas...

your best bet on that loader is to take a good picture of it, and post in the Nagra Glitching and Unlocking forum with a subject like "help me ID this loader please.

Once you figure out what you have , you can try to find specific modification instructions. there are many out there.
