301-13 going off and on

I woke up this morning to my 301-13 going off and on as if it's trying to take an update, but being prevented because of Tsop lock.
Should I unlock it and let it take update or just re-do it.

It is now running rom 10-102.
I can re-do the box now using rom 102 or rom 10-102?

Suggestions?
