View Full Version : Charlie forced tsop update
Looks like dish uptated my 301.013 to 209 even though I had it set to ask before
upgrading the S/W. Is there a File for the rom10 to 102 for the 209 update or will I need to reflash the tsop back to 208?

works fine at 209.........
skinerd I am missing something then. was working on my 510 in stalling a lock. and when i switched back to the 301.013 all i had was black screen with headers.checked software and it had changed from 208 to 209. What else could it be if it was not the update. It had been working fine all morning. Keys are up to date/:confused:

Try running the .fs script to ff out the session keys etc., the new update probably wrote over that mod in your tsop. Thats what I had to do to my 301.013 as I recall.

Hey Skinerd.... on a related note, I got my 510 up and running a couple days now, flash is the original P301 with the SK mod of course. I have automatic updates allowed but its still at P301. I think P304 is the current update. How come no autoupdate? I am running a R101 3m blockerless, so updates should pass fine. Its working great, just curious why no update????
nobody forced an update.
somebody pressed OK.
Besides, if you don't ever power the receiver down, you will have nothing to worry about.
NO one pressed OK! Receiver might have got turned off while i was switching things back and forth.

So, you recommend leaving the receiver on at all times?

Only a digital lock will prevent any and all s/w updates.
