VIEWSAT VS2000 Channel Guide and Info

Quick question I have a Viewsat Vs2000 and sometimes on a lot of channels theres no info on the channel.. When I press the guide button it says "Info not available" and when I press the "INFO" button nothing shows up..Am I doing something wrong?

No, this is a bin bug!!! Try the PGM v1026, they say that those bugs have been fixed.

Now I have download v1026 try to edit the channels on Channel Mater but can't open it

Go back to 1019 untill they get their shit together...it's the most stable version so far.

I try to download V1027 using Loadder and everything downloads to receiver but when download is complete it says on the receiver NOCH
Whats this??

Ok this is what I did
-Download V1027
-Unzip it
-opened Loadder2
-pressed "open files"
-Clicked on the file V1027
-PC to STB

what am I doing wrong?

That means you have to Scan All your channels again; no scan all = NOCH

Does the PGM1027 have all the porn,NHL and sirius radio stuff included? I've been having trouble getting the last two things

I do not have this receiver (I know how to deal with it) but some people say that that bin is having some pixilation that gets fixed by re-booting???
