view sat 2000 p dish net 500 new to this , i have a switch 21 coming out of satellite do I replace this with the diseqc switch or do i just use the single feed line coming out. hooh rigt into diseqc

Replace switch 21... with diseq ...FTA recievers are not compatibelw ith SW21.

Coolsat and Viewsat both support sw 21 switches.

If you have too long of a cable run the diseqc switch wont work . I had that problem and used my sw21 switch with no problems . I now however are using my dtv oval dish with the 4 lnb bracket to get 91 110 and 119 all at once and had to put and amplifier in the line half way in the cable run to make it work . Now with the signal amp i have 98% signal on all 3 sats.

just to bo clear so you replace the diseqc with sw21 or run from the sw21

Can you tell us what brand name of signal amp did you buy. and where?

hooked sat right to sw21 feed works fine i just can not get all my locals

I bought mine from this guy on ebay Zimscat. I got them really quick from him . So far they work wonders . Just search his name you will see his auctions.

There is no advertising here alowed.
You will need a 4 in 1 not a sw21. Sw21 will work on some FTA not all most dont work with the sw21. Just get a 4 in 1 switch mili has them here.
