Happy New Year everyone!

Hope someone can help me. I have a Pansat 3500S ....I've deleted the channel list for BEV and 91, and tried to do a " Blind Channel Scan" , and realized the signal quality is 0% and the leve is 51% .
I've checked the dish aming with an old BEV 3100 IRD and I have 86% .

Can anyone tell me why I can't signal quality and level up?
I'm a newbie at this FTA testing

Thanks,

Check your TP setting and Change them if there is no signal there till you get the signal . you should try and get all the signal you can before setting up the fta and NEVER hook up cables with power on or it could result in frying your 4x 1 switch

Hi....

Right now I don't have the 4X1 switch connected because I'm running only one dual LNB. I have the cable from LNB connected to the receiver. Could that be a problem? Maybe I should be using the 4X1 switch??
What do you think?

John3988, I just got a 3500s also, I too had LOTS of trouble getting signal. I used a Dish Pro 500. There are different LNB's, depends on which one you have to determine if you need the 4X1 switch or not.

If you have signal with the other receiver... should be something with the pansat settings, no, you do not need the switch, but could be the LNB!!!

What Type of LNB are you useing, If you are useing D/P LNB you will need a dishpro Channel List
