I Guess I Will Have To Convert To Dish, Since There Is No Atmega Bev Fix, Do I Have To Jtag To Change Provider Or Is There Another Way To Restream My 2700 Without Jtagging It

no, not realy, just erase SA5 and then put it in the stream. wait about 10 mins, then save, mod(RSA), and write the tsop. or u could just get a ready made tsop file like i did.
