What file and what program should I use to change the timezone info for BEV dos cemu? The same .bin that has the keys (card.bin)?

I have hex editor 4.2, but cannot find A700 offset nor any of the strings that people have mentioned to search for.

I have hex editor 4.2, but cannot find A700 offset nor any of the strings that people have mentioned to search for.

Timezone & Zip are located in the Eeprom file ( cemu.ini line dishbin= points to the file name )
DOE9=timezone(xx) if you loaded the file with no chages this will be ED - change to your hex timezone
DOF4=zipcode(xx xx xx) change if you want - the original default is 017720

( Hint: Daylight=Spring Standard=Fall )

E1= Alaskan Daylight / Pacific Standard
E5= Pacific Daylight / Mountain Standard
E9= Mountain Daylight / Central Standard
ED= Central Daylight / Eastern Standard
F1= Eastern Daylight / Atlantic Standard
F4= Atlantic Daylight
