Need help with re-writing a bin to a 2700

OK - I know how to erase the flash and reprogram using Jkeys. BUT - I want to erase the current TSOP and replace it with a totally different 2700 bin. In the "how to" section, it says to use FlashEdit to write the boxkeys to the new bin. But there's no "how' to" for flashedit and I have no idea what to do with it (or why I even need to use it if I can write a bin to the TSOP using Jkeys). Can someone help before I go and erase my current TSOP? Thanks.

After you open your TSOP bin in FlashEdit, click "Advanced." From that new screen you can change the build config, box keys, IRD #, etc. etc.
