Need program to read my 102 rev103

Ok I am ready to do a rome 102 but I need someone to tell me what program and where it is located. The card is glitched and is read to be poped, but there are so many programs out there I am confused. Could someone please show me the way. I downloaded T-Rex Nagra but I don't think that is right any help would be appreciated..............two-dogs

You need to get N2EDIT from the download section so you can read your cards

I got it but everytime I try and open it I get an application error 0x0000135 what can I do to fix it..........two-dogs

You have to mave Microsoft's Net framework 1.1 on your computer for it to work. Do a search on the web for a download of it.
