Need help with pantec/eaglestar 2500a

:mad: :confused: I'm having serious diffilculty with my pantec, trying for the last few weeks reading about it and I come up short.
tried the 262,264,267, and now 270 bin and it keeps freezing in the antenna setup menu. I've open my box and a MX 29LV800CBTC-70 chip. I also noticed that it as a heat sink, the only working bin is 257p, ai would love to be able get get Beverly and charlie at the same time, doesn't matter if it rolls, could enter keys manually. does anybody know if there's a fix for this receiver or any suggestons???

I have the same problem too with my pantec ms . did you get a bin to work with it

Did you visit pantecf2a.com??? They used to have a ggod support for those receivers...

If you have the 0624 tuner in your receiver it will only take the 257 bin.If you have the 0614 tuner in it it will take the other bins.

to identify your tuner you need to look at the metal box covering the component where the sat in cable goes inside your reciever.
it will be marked on the outside or visable through a small window on the metal case.
the last 4 digits are what you are concerned with re koolkaren2000's post.
for 0614 all pantec bins work
for 0624 the latest woking bin is 257
