Can i use HU loader and N2EDIT to unlock the dish card?
What is different between modded T911, T911 loader and modded nexus T911

Can i use T911 loader to unlock the cards, smillingjack?
thanks
Let me say this again. Yes you can use the T911 to unlock. To program the Rom10 you use Nagra edit. For the rom101 and 102 you use N2Edit. You need an ISO to program. N2Edit will not unlock your cards.

Anyway do i need a T911 loader or ISO programmer or i need both of them?
thanks
You need both. Use the modded loader to glitch the card. After you glitch the card, you use an ISO to program it. WinExplorer5.4 is the program you use to glitch your card. There is different script to run depending on what card you are doing. N2Edit will program both rom101 and 102. nagra edit will do the rom 10.

Winexplorer 5.4 was Mili's private version of that program.AFAIK you can't download it. 5.0 is the public, free version and can be had in the downloads section.
