301.13 single and dual problems

I have a single tsop 13 grounded r79 supplying 12 volt to sb35 and trace is cut. I can do multiple full erase but tried several good tsop bins allways kicks out at 7FE0000. I`ve done 5- 13`s no prob. this one is corrupt and I`m out of ideas. Had a lock on and I removed the lock and replaced resistor. CPU is not getting hot and I`m getting a steady 12v at 35. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Also a freind has a dual that`s doing same thing in flash 2 he can write flash 1 but 2 fails third through write. We each switched irds. but had the same results. There wasn`t a lock on the ird.

What type of Jtag are you using, buffered, hard wired, home built pogo pins. Which Jkeys

On the dual I always erase and program flash 2 first then flash one then eeprom.

I`m useing a buffered jtag soldered to top of board 301-508 jkeys also tried 301c same results both jkeys.On the dual tried erasing flash 2 first 1 first allways same results. I don`t get it. thanks for the reply.
