2700 build config and 3100 build config??

I am really confused...They say to read read read....This I have done over many weeks now and finally I have to ask...Can someone help...Here goes...
On the 2700 build cofig--Does it have to be the same or can you use any modded 2700 config...
The same question for 3100...
Then this question...If your receiver(2700-3100) is now using a rom 101 or 102 card do u have to mod the ird?
I finally got into a rom 10 a81 and tried again with the same settings on a modded nexus (orange) and nothing...I find each card has its own personality...lol...If someone could answer these questions for me it would help me greatly....:(

You should try to get as close as possible to your build. If you can't find a good one that matches 4 letters,try 3 then 2. There's plenty out there. For the 2700 you can also use 2800 or even 3700 with 3-4 matching letters.
The guys over at rom10x.com have come up with a way to use your own IRd INFO.

Is there a HOW TO or a file on building Conf. for a Atmega128-18 IRD 2700
