301.010 in Coma

I was going to use the rom 10 to 102 on my 301.010 so i erased both flashes so i could flash with pengas flashes and use my rom 10. Then the AVR-X team came out with support for the avr-x card, so i decided to go with the avr-x card instead. So i try to program my 2 flashes back,( yes i always save flashes before doing anything like this) but the j-tag said "LSI control unavailable, using slow programming" And you all know the rest, you can't program back to the tsop. So i found the problem on the forums and downloaded Wall2, So i could program the first 60000 and then hopefully wake up my ird. I guess this is where i get stupid. I am unsure what to flash with in wall2. I tried flashing back with flash 1 for the first 60000, but it still won't program both flashes back using the j-tag, so now i erased using wall2 and hopefully someone can help me or at least point me to the right place for info. I have never used wall2 before. I have j-tagged many times but that is it. Also used my iso several times. Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Flash the first 60000 bytes into Flash 2, not flash 1.
Then turn it off,plug back in, the green led light should go on and off.
then you've awakeend it, got the bootloader going I believe.
then go back and erase flash 2 and then still using wall flash all of flash 2
then you should be able to get jkeys to read
I just finished doing that a couple of days ago and that's what worked for me
I found that wall is stuborn but will work if bullied
