I am using the 102 to 10 spoof 3M and I get some of the locals, but the 3M said that it was supposed to open all the locals. I keep getting this error 120 you are not authorized to receive this channel outside it's viewing area. I'm obviously missing somehting in the 3M to fix this. Can anyone help?
I tried using the latest 3M that I found, which was different from the original that I was using, but the new one was missing most of the locals and there were a lot of red channels. I went back to the old one and changed the keys and the tier dates and the locals string to:
$D541=1EFF880000010111001F5721CE00001A
$D551=1A0013490000363800001A2EFF00FF00
and now I have most everything, but that 120 error I can't figure out.
