iso programmer help

can anyone tell me if my iso 7816 it has a 14 mhz crystal supposedly adapt to any freq.will this read my rom 10 card.and also im waiting on my nexus unlocker loader is there a how to any where i have all files need step by step how to program.any help would be appreciated thanks.

3.68 required.By your post if the 14 mhz will adapt to any freq then fine.Never heard of an "adaptable crystal speed." Stick it in there.If read fine if no you can change the crystal for about 5.00 bucks and try again.
