help with nexus 4916

Hi everybody, can somebody help me, just got the new nexus 4916 programmed it with newd13 and all I get in win explorer is: trying to reset card... reset failed! Can somebody help me please.:confused:

Did you choose loader/unlocker in the settings. you can also ask it not to try and reset card. What card are you trying to open, what voltage, what script, what switches,what pot setting

make sure you have the right comm port selected..
