T911 loader mod noob question

This might be a silly question but I have a T911 loader green board and I have the pictures to do it but i dont know which pins to lift or do I not have to lift any I have searched but I cannot find any info.. please help..

I have the sameone of you t911 green board with a 5k trimmer on it. Look what i did. I bought a 25K ohm Pot. you can fine one on rat shack and one spdt switch. I do not really know if you board have a 5k trimmer on it ,, so if you send me an photo of the board i can help you to do it..
