Hey Guys, A while back there was a thread about a norton antivirus crack, I have looked for it and cant find it. My antivirus expires in less than a month so I wanted to try and find a crack for it, if one exsists, Thanks in advance.

When my norton anti was to expire, I kept rolling my date (month)on my computer, that got me another 6 months. When I forgot to adjust the date finaly expired. I removed the program and then reloaded it on my computer , has worked fine for three yaers now ( I even get the norton updates no problam)

I found Norton interfered with some of my programs. It is a good anti-virus, though, so don't get me wrong. However, you might try AVG, it's free

its free , uses far less resources and it works.
but any antivirus should be turned off before starting avr-x software

Norton may be okay but was always too flaky for me. I have Zone Alarm SS and it has done me a great job so far. Its 5.5 and I have a key gen. You can no longer get this version from the Zone Alarm site so you will have to look around for it. If the tracker is ever restored, I will be glad to share it though.

Try NOD32, I purposely infected my computer and tested NOD32 against norton with a trojen and norton failed to find it while NOD32 did. Norton is a memory and system resource hog and only has updates once a week. It also doesn't catch all the new things out there. By the way Norton system works was just nailed for using a rootkit like sony was. So that alone is a reason to really use and trust there products. Don't get me wrong they used to be a good programs ( I used them), but not any more. There are to many other and better company's out there. Here's a link if you want to read.

Guys goto xxx.phazeddl.com and you can get anything you want plus the crack.
I suggest you use firefox as some sites may load active-x spyware.

Thank you Guys for the fast response and the good info provided! I did not know about norton and the rootkit thing! needless to say I wont be using norton anymore! I'm going to do some reading on the provided link and see what I can come up with, I'll be checking out phazeddl also, and AVG looks real promising as FREE is a very good price:) Thanks again Guys!
