rom 102 from milis store

I have question for those who have already purchased roms 10x from milis store, or who have certain information about them. Are these cards "ready to be programmed" unlocked and open, or do you need the glitcher they say you can add if you want to?

I am sure that they are not opened for you. I wouldn't do that if I were Mili anyways. I'd give them to you in an untouched state so that if you mess them up trying to glitch into them, it is your fault.
