So what is the next step

I unlocked a rom 102 rev 103. Now tha i can read or write to the card ,, what is the next step, Do i have to clean the card for write it?? If yes that i have to look for a 102 3m and write it to the card ?Also i am using the Rom10To102 . So do someone know how to change the ird# and bk's on that 3m or the 3m come with that already? Thank for you help..

you will need to get the latest 3m and write to your card you will also need to change you ird and box keys on your TSOP the reflash you receiver.

So i can't change the ird# on hex and the box key on the 3m? How i know what ird# on hex and box key have the 3M? I am using the nagraedit2 beta 7. The only thing i can see is the complete eepprom but where fine the ird# and box key in there.

the 3m should come with a .txt file that tells you what to use
