Hey guys,
Been banging on this 101 007 for 5 days now.I'm getting good 12's and FF's all day. But the only thing I've seen that's different is "ecm failed", I can start up the script again and it'll run for hours and hours most times. I've tried all the suggestions for delays and VCC start and end. Changed jumpers. 1 on or 1 and 2 on get the best feedback. I've mangled the slot on the pot where it's difficult to get it to turn. Has anyone use a different flash other than 101Romreader.xvb or 101romreader007-009 or SVG stripped down 101reader. As far as I can tell the settings on the last are the same as 101romreader.xvb.
Or,if not would someone be willing to pop this thing for me? I'd really like to do it myself(love the felling of finally getting it)but I don't think my loader is up to the job. I still get an ATR thank god
I can't afford to buy a new one. Maybe i can do a different mod on it? Add a resistor or something.
It looks like a pre modded t911 green board with 6 dips a pot and a small black switch.
I use to have an HU loader that was almost identical except for the pot and switch. Thanks

which flash are you using? should be using newd11, newd13 i guess doesnt work on 101's. If 1 isnt working try 1 and 5...i feel for you man, back when glitching the rom10's was new i modded a detonator II and i could get awsome responses but it just wouldnt hit the glitch, still to this day it doesnt work. If those suggestions dont work I would replace the pot with something better, if they are anything like the modded nexus pots they are junk IMO. I did the mod that filespace posted with a switch and 2 pots, 1 500 ohm 25 turn and another single turn 5k ohm. You might want to consider the same thing if you end up replacing the pot anyway.

What is the small black switch you are talking about? is that for flashing the atmel maybe?

using rom101_007-009
and this config/ and the script changes at
bottom with pot settings

Okay,where exactly do you change VCC values inthe script.I've just been changing them in the Winex window when I open the program. I thought this was fine. One other thing,I don't have a multimeter so I,m basically going by the responses I get from Winex. I've read other posts of people have succes with pot settings all over the place anyway.It doesn't seem like 2.2 is a magic number. But if I can get my brother here with a multimeter we'll try that. I am using newd 11. The program says you can use newd9 but I've heard that bad things can happen if you do.Thanks

first open script then click config tab on top and change these setting in here then in top box on right scroll down untill you see vccstart etc and change the settings and i have opened several 101's just put pot at 2.2 ohms with no power applied

know let run one hour if nothing happens stop and change the script
vcc start and vccend to other setting but leave pot at 2.2 ohms vcc start can go as high as 65 or so maybe higher and end as low as 0. some even start at 0 and end at 0
