End users be aware // 2006-01-17
This is a note to people who go to different places to buy illegal merchandise and/or download programs.
You have to be very cautious of the places you buy and download, big companies have been going after the forums and sites by civil lawsuits, once they have these guys by their balls they will squeze them little harder to extract all "your" information and then come after you.
In some cases the forum owners/site owners end up declaring bank corruptcy to save thmeself in other cases these dealers/site owners roll over and hand them all the information these guys wanted.... I have seen instances in the past where the satellite company xyz have paid the dealer to work on their side, I have seen partners/friends testify against each other...... bottom line is you the end user do not mean anything to the site owners and they will not hesitate for a second to hand your information over.
This is a golden rule "It is better to be safe than sorry"

Mili is good, IMHO!

Yeah, but that's old news. That crap has been going on in this hobby since it's inception. It's good to have a reminder because it goes on more now days. You don't have to worry about this place though. Mili's offshore. The liklihood of him getting popped is virtually zero.

He's right guys!! When I got the dreaded DAVE Letter last year, they told me that they had postings of mine from one of the bigger busted sites.Oh who the hell were those guys that sold the Extreme HU programmer? The "investigator said they could use them as evidence.Lie?Who knows. The ISP account wasn't in my name!!
Anyway,my so-called illegal purchase happened very close to the two year statute that they never followed up.I suppose I'm taking a chance posting anywahere now huh? At the time of the alleged purchase there were very few ,if any warnings about this. Nowadays we should all know better.

safe post:
1-wear gloves while typing.
2-after each post type "just kidding".
3-use dead people's names online.
4-security is the key, hire security to watch the place, have them shoot to kill on sight.
5-use special german coders and decoders to post, after the war they should be cheap none the less antiques.
6-always have an aliby, if you cant get one then atleast have names etc of others you can push the blame untill you can safely get to mexico.
7-dont let any second party read what you do online, dont use monitors as they may be just that, devices that monitor (ever think of that?)
8-if you get caught try killing a cop or two, this will distract the charges from piracy to cop killer, not only will you make friends in the big house but you will be extorted and punished far less.

i cant think of anymore right now, but here are some idea's to get the ball rolling... heh

.....yep...good to reemphasize from time to time....personally..ive forgotten more than many will ever know...used to actually help people consistently on dssunderground and other favs....not worth the consequences....the writing was on the wall anyway..even before the ump25 pinch.....now i just bitch and moan and give Mili grief about the true identity of his avrx card.....lol....fookin' Mili...love him or hate him....lol.....anywho......your better off trying to help someone in private messaging than open forums...i admire the folks that never post and just read and when they do post they have maybe 5 or 10 and you see they have been members for a couple of years...there's logic in that because if you read..i mean really read....any question you may have about testing has already been asked and answered over and over again

...ill tell you whats a big misconception though...people that post in their signature about freedom of speech and doing this just for "testing or educational purposes" as if this would exonerate them from any criminal or civil liability...some of the signatures read real well and all that...but it doesnt hold up in court

hard to believe now that once there were over 300 dss pirate sites throughout Canada and the USA..now maybe 10% of that exists....cant think of one that is still around that was here in the beginning

whats does that infer?

CYA

Got to remember to live by those rules, too. Seem to have forgotten along the way. Royce is the man, as was Dexter, Cybervision, Risestar and so many others.
