now what to do next? please help........... I pulled my card out of the mikobu is this ok or did it need to stay in? by the way I found my cards pop at about 80 ohms not exactly sure but I do know it is between 60 and 85 not under 25 like stated maybe this could help someone.......just added a 50 and a 10 ohm in series with the pot and I used the........... ftapirate 102 unlocker v1.0..........pops in about 10 minutes

I remember reading something about nagraedit 4.1 beta 9 to read the card but am not sure and do not want to mess it up

and first read card and save image
know before anything else clean codespace
by clicking tools clean codespace

know do you want to reactivate your card or want a 3m?
if you have the ird to match card i suggest reactivating it
then while watching t.v llearn how to add open ppv and others.

reactivation file is below
you need hex editor open card image in hex
then go to top and search for what the read me says and
on the dt06 searches there may be more than one of each so
be sure and change all. and then find backdoor patch v22!!!!!!!! very important

Guide to activate your private 102 cam.

Please take note this is the method I used to get my private cam id going. It doesn’t mean it’s the right way to do it or that there aren’t easier ways of going about it. I make no claim to know what I am doing. JUST TESTING.. So be warned. I take no responsibility for your cams

The cam must contain a DT08. This will be your 0A tiers

Suggested programs to have on hand.
N2Edit Beta7 to read and write cam
CyberDBS to calculate N2 dates. Use the tools tab
Hex Workshop used to locate tiers and input dates, time zone, zip code, and remap byte.

After you have installed the intercept on your 102 cam read it in N2Edit Beta7 Use the data types tab to insure that the cam has the 0A tier. If so you can continue on to activate your own cam and use your own private cam id, box keys, and ird number.

02 Tier
You should find 00 58 just in front of A8 BE This is good make no changes to your 02 tier.

05 Tier
Note there will be (2) 05 tiers on your cam. The first smaller tier (18 bytes) should require no changes. The second 05 tier (89 bytes) This 05 tier contains the black out string where you can change to your local remap byte. Not all the bytes will match so use your imagination.

Programming Bev Rom 102
Enjoy, these instructions are based on how I did mine and it works great. The steps are simple and detailed for someone that needs a step by step play.
These instructions use files that were in affect on December 22, 2005. New files and programs may have been created since.
I assume that you have glitched your ROM 102 card with the Intercept program.
1. Place Unlocked card in ISO programmer.
2. Select the N2Edit 7 folder, and then select the N2Edit program.
3. Select Card
4. Read from card. It will tell you the card provider.
5. Save card image to a folder called whatever you want.
6. If your card is a Dish Rom 102 then you will have to write a Virgin Bev Image to the card if you wish to watch Bev. (I attached a virgin Bev Image)
7. If your card is already a Bev card and has a Bev image on it already then skip step 8 and 9.
8. Then open the Virgin Bev image if you want Bev.
9. Then write to card.
10. Then open The Clean Bev 3M.bn102 from the folder.
11. Go to tools and select Clean Codespace.
12. Then selected patch, move window aside
13. Then from the attached folders select the Rom 102 Blocker V17 (or newer one if this one is outdated).
14. When you have the blocker open go down to line 8260 and edit the password from AABBCCDDAABBCCDD to something else in Hex.
15. Save those settings.
16. Select Edit, and then Select All.
17. Now copy and paste that blocker in N2edit patch screen that you moved aside.
18. After you pasted the blocker select APPLY PATCH.
19. Now the card is ready to be written, but first go to eeprom and then find 8260 and make sure that your password is correct.
20. Then Select file, save card image in a folder called New Bin Locked and Blocked.
21. Now select Card and then write to card. DONE!!!
IRD editing prior to watching TV
You need to get your IRD to its original state if you modified it for the 102torom10 fix. Simply reflash your back up TSOP with edited Boxkeys and IRD# as follows:
BEV: IRD# R 00 4502 4458-77 (02AF04CA) and Boxkeys FD BF 2E 56 AF FA 72 64
DISH: IRD # R0018642028 (011C746C) and Boxkeys 8C A6 A8 8C FD E2 E2 63 (different programs will be used for programming the dish card, but same format as programming for Bev, just find the up to date files for Dish)
Make sure that when you edit the TSOP that you check the CRC and that it is green.
You can flash a virgin eeprom if you wish I’m not sure if it is necessary, but I did it and it only takes a few seconds anyway.
That is it put card in IRD and hook up IRD to stream, the keys should roll in no time.

n2edit7 does gives error when I try to run it I ran the script control file but when I open it it says"application error" "the application failed to initialize prperly" .....any ideas?

You need to download and install the .net 1.1 fix from microsoft for W2kpro and WinXP.

Thanx you all for all the help but seems my card is not open after all .in nagra2 it fails to read the card.........oh well back to werkin on it.....
