Need dumb questions answered. I was running the BEV with atmega 128 in 310 receiver wide open. Since it went down the receiver was left plugged in and I watched cable. Is there anything out there wide open for what I have? If so, is it as simple as using Jeepers with a new .pfg file and entering the existing box keys and reciever i.d. #'s that were given to me? Help a green guy out please.:(

I don't know if this question would be newbie or ignorant to the fact, since its been asked hundreds of times in the forums - a simple search could have given you the answer.
No. What you got now will NOT work.
You can buy new equipment like a Rom102, glitcher and ISO programmer and test with plastic that autorolls, get a syndrome card that rolls, setup an emu with roll. Atmega (which hasn't been 'bev-cracked' yet), AVR-X, rom10/11 don't roll so are useless on Bev. I suggest reading up and moving over to Dishnet and using your atmega on that if you want a solution for what you got now.

Has anything changed since this reply? I have an experienced enthusiast telling me that what I have can work for me but it is not advisable b/c it does not autoroll. He suggested going to plastic with an autoroll feature. I have a t-5 loader from back in the DTV days when I was loading hex files. Can I use this to program a BEV card? If so what would I need to do to make it work? Would I still use Jeepers?

Nothing is out yet for bev on an atmega. Rom10, Rom101/Rom102 and emu's are working great. no idea about a t-5 loader and how to reprogram a ROM.
