when im unlocking what kind of respond do i need to see to know im about to unlock my card.right now my rom 101 is getting xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx thats all so what should i adjust?

This is a C&P

This does a more thorough search for valid glitch settings than the original winexplorer script. 
 
To set up your loader, turn trimpot down and start script.  If you see "Bad CMD04 response.....", then turn up trimpot until it will run.  The idea is to have the trimpot set at its lowest possible setting before it errors out.  What you want to see as a response is something like this:

"+--+--+--n+--+--+--n+--+--+--+--". 

This means your loaders is set correctly.  Note:  Depending on the settings of the script, this will come and go.  That is normal.
 
- If your loader continually shows this: "-------------------------------------------------", then your trimpot is too high.  (Let program run for a bit, because autoVCC may fix it.)
 
- If your loader continually shows this: "n+-n+-n+-n+-n+-n+-n+-n+-n+-n+-n+-n+-n+-n+-n+-n" then your trimpot is a little too low. (Let program run for a bit, because autoVCC may fix it.) To correct this, turn trimpot up VERY slightly.
 
- A mixed response is a good thing. ;)  IE:  "+-+-+-n+---+n+-+-+-+-+----n+-n+--+-+-+-+-+” This means you are well on your way to unlocking your card.

Texas Trophy, that is good for a 102 card, but not for a 101 card. He is getting XXXXXXXXX because his pot is set too low or is shorted to ground. You cannot use anywhere near the same ohms on the pot with a 101 as you do a 102 or the card will not ATR, therefore XXXXXX's

Pluto, if you have an ohm meter try setting it to ~1k ohms. If you don't, try turning it till you are getting +-'s

I would get all xx's two ways. first if the pot is turned too far counterclockwise.
Second, using a variable power supply and running at less than 7.5v
I finally got mine popped after 5 days. At first I was thinking XX's were bad but mine would only open if there were a good amount of XX's in the mix. I turned the pot to the left until it errored out then I would turn to the right a fraction at a time until the script would run again.
