310.10 Erase TSOP Question

Alright well I am new at doing something like this, nobody in my house can seem to remember the password we have set for the 301.10 and well I just ordered a AVR-X which should be here soon and well I really need to get rid of the password. What would I need to do this?

Write a virgin tsop if you cant remember the password.

Get the proper JTAG for your IRD (depends if your IRD has access port on the bottom of the IRD). Download JKEYS 2.9.10 and also a handy little program called Wiem32.exe.

Read TSOP with JTAG and JKEYS and then open wiem32.exe and it will give you your password. Be sure you saved your TSOP when you ran JKEYS otherwise wiem32.exe will not be able to read the file.
