Is this a T911, what model ?
What I saw on my T911 blueboard was that if you start with the 5k pot turned completely to the left (counterclockwise) I got all xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. As I turned to the right slowly I got xx1212xx then as I went further 121212121212FF121212 etc., kept going until I got 1212FFF121212FFFF1212xx etc.
Did you use vcc analyzer in romreader 101 ? Let it run until you get vcc range then stop the program, power off the loader, power on, start romreader again & insert the vcc values you got, click run, skip the analyzer, select install intercept and let it run again. Now look at your pattern and depending on what you have go left or right to balance the 1212FFFF pattern at about 50% of each. You may have to crank counterclockwise back to the xxxxxxxxx and then ease it clockwise until you get the mix right. Don't be hasty turning the pot, let it run a bit each 1/4 turn or so to see how the different vcc's and delays will react to the turn.
Let it run. If nothing happens in say 30 minutes to 1 hour then start over but do not touch the pot until you have run the analyzer again and see what vcc's you get. Then proceed as above, I had to do this a number of times before I got vcc's that when inserted and run in install intercept gave me a good pattern right away, did not have to play with the pot and pop !
Remember you should power off the loader between each run of a program to clear the previous values. I read that somewhere and I'm not sure if it is fact but I do it anyway just in case.

as you can see i ran vcc first but shows vcc 00 start and vccend00.its a t911 factory modded,green board in a clear case.

Set the pot higher, almost wide open, get some 1212FFFF mixes in there, then run analyser, and let it go if you get some good reads, 101s take time sometmes, other times they pop quick.
