Does anyone have a complete guide for starting Bev on Rom102 and 3100 receiver please reply. Better yet if anyone in Toronto GTA who wants to make a few bucks by doing it for me please PM me. Thanks.

If anyone know of any place in Toronto GTA where I can buy the card, the programmer, plus whatever I need, will also be helpful.
