Missing channels

I am using CEMU95a b3v, 3100 with the bev.bin included. I have updated the keys correctly. I have most channels but I am missing ESN, VU1, VU3 and all porn. Any suggestions on how to correct this?

cemu95A BELL.bin tiers dropped as of Jan 24 2006 ( there arounds ) ... you need to update the expire date in the bell.bin ( patch it or what ever .. )
