Hi,
I found on eeebay a compact buffered jtag handsfree solderless (pogo pins) for ~30 CAD and on some sites a quad-mode jtag (unbuffered).
Which one can be used for 6000 ird?
I don't have a window cut in my receiver. What's the alternate way to connect my jtag to the jtag port?
Thanx

You will have to cut the window if you want to use either of those Jtags. I would go with the buffered and when using it on the 6000, make sure you read up on the pin locations.

Thanks #40Fan,
I have the 6000 Wannabe guide so I'll use the info in there.
One should be quite accurate when cutting the window though...
Has anybody thought of a pattern yet? :)
Thanx

I posted a picture and exact measurements in a thread a while back. I'll see if I can find it for you.

one time I useed a sponge and made it wet a little and put the board in and pressed, then I cut out the wet spot after I maked it with a sharpie.
just another ideal the pattern is acurate too.
