another hard rom10

I've been working on this card for months (off & on ) and not getting anywhere : i have a rom 10 that for a time was open , but when i'd program it it would lock up, so i tried to write a clean image to it . now the card says rom 10 at rev 16 and provider 40 , when trying to read fails at BD3 . when i use a mod loader it pops it in seconds , but cant read it . i've tried everything i have/can think of (mod loader, programer programs ) . starting to think its garbage.

finely !!! got it! used Mron6 . got provider to change from 40 to 56 , worked with it for hours with diff. unlockers & it would bounce around from 56 (Mron it to 40 agin) to 40,. the card would open to BDO & say retreiver was blocked than nipper would open the key box - everything stayed this way until i ran viagra for rom 10
than provider changed agin to 00 - this let me in! BUT the card is still goffy - as i said in my 1st post- it locks up for some reason . when cleanning/reading it tends to not read BD0 - i have to enter the key in nipper manually than it finnishes .
I've cleaned it several times , the chip must be messed up, dont want to take another chance writeing a clean image to it.

update : card wont take a program , it still has a bad spot in it or something .
when trying to read in niag. nipper key for BD0 comes up (once key is entered
it finnishes) , write a 3m on it but wont work , black screen ( info shows on channels, ect,,) .
