Receiver not Authorised please call

Hey guys i open a rom 102 rev 103 i added tiers and blocker
then wrote the box keys and ird # to 301-10 tsop and all i get is your receiver not yet authorised please call dish


What did i do wrong and what should i do to fix it?

if its not the original sub or ex sub you need to do some modifying to tsop and patch for card.. read forum here many topics on this
