I have a question on my 6000. I have messed with my 6000 so much that I had to download a public dump with a build of cnda and my build is cncd. I loaded the public bin and the blue light or the hd light came on that was good. I saved my flashes and I used my other 6000 boxkeys and ird # and the yellow light comes on and won't go to blue. I have worked on this rec but can't seem to get anywhere could someone please help me ...........thanks two-dogs ....Oh I have a dish 6000 (I am not afraid to read so if there is a thread on this help me out)

I use a AV receiver with my 6000, so when this happened to me this is what I did. Since I leave my ird on HD all the time I use the componet out to my TV. When the ird is set to SD the composite outputs are used. I had to switch the output so that I could see the SD output to the TV. When I did this I found that the bin I used had a password. I just clicked on OK without inputting anything and got past the password. The ird continued to reboot. I was then able to switch back to HD outputs on my AV receiver and all was well. It sounds to me like your bin has a password and is not getting passed that in boot up.

Maybe I am not understanding, but the Standard def (SD)signal is the yellow light and it goes to the composite outputs. If you do not have anything pluged into the composite output you would not see video. The blue light is for HD an uses the componet outputs. You will not see video from SD if you are using these. I also used a public dump of CNCA to get my box up. I restreamed my box to get the correct build. It still sounds like the password deal as several of the public TSOP files have a password lock on them.
Good luck and let us know what gets you back up..........

All I know is that if I put it in the stream if the yellow light is on no video will come up. I think it is really messed up and now no power light or anything I noticed that one of the pads had came loose from the motherboard. So now I am trying another 6000 rec I will have to fix the other one later.
