what LNB for 61.5?

what LNB do I need in order to get 61.5?
will twin DP be ok?
will a legacy DTV lnb work?

Any will do, just point it correctly but what reciever are you planning to use. example with a 301.10 or .13 or 501 etc not problem because a dish lnb or a direct lnb are almost the same. So if you are tring to get dish and you have a choice then use a dish lnb or bell expressvu. a twin ( two sat ) will be only good for catching one sat since the other sats are not near 110 and 121 and 119 etc.
