You can mod your own tsop using FlashEdit 2.0 and create your own virgin eeprom. I assume you are wanting to use the Rom 10x to 10 programs or the 101 or 102 fix? The mod you do is different for each. No mod is required for the AVR-X.

If you intend to use the 'modified TSOPs to convert your IRD to comply with the Tomico ATmegaN2 'fix' conversion, just be sure you start with the Tomico suppied TSOPs in the "All In One" kit.

If you know the modified TSOP(s) has been processed through FlashEdit ver2 and were posted for a user to directly flash his/her IRD, then, if all the data matches your IRD and Build Config. then, go for it and have fun. Otherwise, leave it alone and ask for one designed 'just for you.'

Hi guys just reading your post and was looking for a little help. Here is my problem,Iam trying to clone a bev2700.I loaded the tsop that I saved a long time ago,put in the right numbers and then stremed it hoping that it will update. No luck,it wont update or it says card inserted incorrectly.Iam guessing my software is too old(408,509)so Iam looking for a tsop for a 2700 codg.I've tried a couple of different tsops but its either wont come up or won't update.Another question,do I have to load an eeprom with the tsop ,if so where can I get a virgin one to load on that ird? Thanks

The only TSOPs you can use to modify your IRD must come from the Tomico supplied TSOPs in the "All in One Kit" that are modified by Tomico and no other TSOPs may be used to make the conversion.
