I have two 3100's, E537 with Subbed Rom 102 cards. Can I program my 102 cards to get all the channels like I had with my 2700, Atmega 128 card with
Nagra 1? Any help would be appreciated !!!

Yes, with mod. TSOPs and.... check what revision your card is at.
Is it at version 242? If so, you can't use those cards.
v.240 or v.241 is ok (installation/system setup on your IRD).

Sorry dixie, your cards can't be glitched.
Only rev. 240 and 241 cards can be glitched (unlocked) and re-programed (at the moment). A lot of peoples cards got upgraded to rev. 242 and they can't do much right now with them.
I accidentally wrote 241 and 242 were ok in my previous post, I meant to say 240 and 241 can be glitched, but NOT rev. 242 (I re-edited my post as well).
You'll need another card (rev 240 or 241 for BEV or 103 or 105 for DISH).
You'll be able to reprogram the above cards for BEV (yes even the yellow dish cards can be programed for BEV) as long as they are the revisions noted above and cards aren't looped.
To program the cards you would not only need a card noted above but also a modded unlocker and ISO reader/writer.
Have fun!

Poupper's Guide for Rom102 programming at Dishnewbies should help you out.
There is also a thread that says "Erase Flash 2,Write Flash 2 Erase Flash 1,
Write Flash 1 Where Flash 1 = U22 and Flash 2 = U23
