What is My receiver

I have a receiver .
it has with Fujitsu Smartmpeg MB86H25A Chip board and Samsung K4S6311632H-UC75
and alos has an EEPROM KV27.000

I went and googled to findout, its a clone of TEVION receivers.
Is there a Programme to load the stb files

The receiver has a DB9 female and i trried to detect from PC using coolsat loader but unsuccessful

is there a common loader to detect the Receiver,,
plz help me to programm it

try the bl 1.3 or 1.4 loader don't know if it will work but is a seggestion?
