Not getting all channels

Just opened my first 102 rev240, yeah....
Amazingly since the pot just melted off the board when I started.
Followed instructions for Allinone package, but I'm only getting a few channels.
Any help in guiding me where to find info for fix to get all channels (most are in red from Guide).
I do get all the channels with another 102 card that was predone for me, so I know it's not the IRD but something I forgot on the 102 I opened.

Red in guide means tiers expired, either edit the tier or find a new file.

The cheapo pot on my nexus melted too. I now have an external 10 turn pot , and glitching has never been easier, actually I have two pots and a switch. 1 10 turn 1 k and one 10 turn 5k lite the original pot.

But now stations have no sound and just black screen.
