Opened a 102 rev240, Yeah first one first try, amazing since the pot melted right off and unlocker stuck at 6.6 ohms, untill I put on another pot.
Followed instructions for Allinone Packackage for 102, but now need to update latest 3m because I'm getting expired tiers (assumption).
Problem is that to read or get into the card I will need to input password (assumption). The only password that I recall I used is the V22 blocker which I do know DEEBB, etc...
The password area is asking for a 8 digit hex, I tried the first 8 letters of the blocker password, not working.
Am I in the right area?
Last question: Will a 102 that is opened and programmed correctly work in various IRDs that have been modified.
Example: can that card just pop into a 2700 then just put in a 3100, and still work for both?
Thanks

Got it working after I put a space between every second digit.

Example:

AA BB CC DD AA BB CC DD

Yes you can share the cards across multiple IRDs that share the same moded TSOPS.

Make certain you apply your blocker. If you're using it for BEV and don't apply the blocker correctly, especially if you modify tiers later (must apply blocker again), your card may go to rev. 242, then you're in trouble (until they figure out how to unlock 242's).
