How do I put the keys manually? on a viewsat??

On your Viewsat 2000 platinum use the remote control to make the key changes

hit Menu then
installation (3)
then pin code (0000)
then code (7)
then nagra (3)
then hit the arrow to the right (to change the dish heading to 01 01 00)
then goto line 88 and 89 and make the changes to the following numbers..

Easier solution than manual entry is to use the current opkey file. This file can be found and downloaded at

Use PGM V.1010 also available at

You'll need to fix the URL headers in those links.

Flashing 1010 and installing that opkey will get your Viewsat 2000 Platinum back up and running. There are NO non-autoroll bins for the Extreme so you guys are SOL for the moment.

You do not need the keys for Viewsat FTA's...Viewsat has released a new auto roll fix (V. 1045) which completely fixes this issue.
