How to Program my Coolsat 5000 Platinum

I am about to buy a Coolsat Platinum 5000 as it is the best ?? (according to previous posts for suggestions).
Now that it is superbowl week, it seems these FTAs are getting hit.

I am a newbie and appreciate any help in a step by step on how to program Coolsat Platinum 5000 for 61.5 bird (initially) and then for 119/110 dishbirds.
