I have a 3100(010) that i removed the tsop lock on because i could not read tsops with jkeys . now all i have is flashing green light.what have i done ?

you should have been able to read/write with the lock installed , just switch it off.
you need to double ck. your work , did you remove anything when you first installed the lock.
