3100 no jtag port

hello , hope this isn't a stupid question, i have a couple of 3100's that i want to get going but they have no jtag port on the bottom, do i need to cut a hole in the bottom or take the reciever apart ...please any help would be appreciated.:)

both if u want to cut a hole. there is a diagram in the download section. if u want to cut a hole, u will need to take the board out.
u have 2 other choices too. do a phoneline jtg(d/loads) or do a topside jtag.
none of these really that hard.
