help with keys

I, like many here, lost my locals a few days ago. I'm running 102to10 file with both keys. However, I can't get my locals. I switched the keys around and my locals came in but I lost everything else. What am I doing wrong? Do I need to specify that both keys are active; and if yes how do I do that? Thank you all very much.

This is the first I've heard of anyone loosing their local on any fix. As long as your using the two keys patch and the correct keys you should be good to go. There must be something awry with the local portion of your patch. If your using the standard 3M it's tier 6 of the 3M.

13FC- Expire date I think....?Should be 14FC.
