i have a 3900 reciever and cant get plastic going it just says smart card not....i know the card is ok as it works in my 3700 and 3100 recievers ok.i have tried diff blockers and bins but still no go.what do i need to do i tried rsa mod and without changed boxkeys to match...nothing.ive done several other boxes with no problem (20-30.)no matter what i do it wont take firmware upgrade either...even tried sa30.
